SUPPLIER EVALUATION AND QUALIFICATION POLICY

Supplier Evaluation

 

The evaluation of suppliers is a tool used to evaluate the fulfillment of the requirements of each supplier / procurement, in order to maximize the positive points and minimize the negative points.

Annually, Neomarca promotes the evaluation of suppliers relative to the previous year, according to Model 32 - List of Evaluation and Qualification of suppliers and respective printed matter.

 

Suppliers are evaluated according to the following performance criteria:

  • Technical capacity
  • Deadline compliance
  • Availability
  • Quality
  • Price

 After the evaluation, and according to the result achieved, a classification is assigned and, in the case of an evaluation that is less than acceptable, measures should be taken to avoid future non-compliance.
